Nothing against the product, but I found the dose to be too high and switched to 750s.

Doesn't work
I usually use the Now Brand fiber. I tried this brand because it was cheaper. Big mistake. I was taking six capsules a day with now. I am now taking eight a day with this brand and it seems to have zero effect on my regularity. Just ordered a bottle of Now.
