Exactly what we needed for my daughter’s Halloween costume. Not overwhelming poofy but enough to fill out her knee-length dress for a perfect A shape (NOTE, If you are in need of ballgown-level poof, this may not be the right option for you). The satin-like under slip eliminates irritation from tulle. My daughter had no complaints. Very happy with this purchase and plan to use with other dresses in the future.

On no planet is this waist 24 in when expanded. It might be 14. And it's very well constructed, so cutting the elastic to use it in a pinch was a challenge, but ultimately I wound up with a usable petticoat after some alterations on my part. It really is well made with an extra reinforced waistband. It is comfortable and plenty poofy on a 5 ft tall adult. It will be super poofy on a kid. This is only for children and young small children at that.

I purchased this hoopless petticoat to go under my daughter’s historical dress. I like how the fluff of the petticoat was just the perfect amount to give the look we were wanting. It’s held it’s shape even after wearing it for several days. I feel like we will get lots of good use out of it! The quality of the petticoat is very nice. True to size fit. Very pleased!
