My mini cava poo 12 lbs got a medium, and it was so cute and perfect. Love this costume, she even kept the head piece on!!

Me and my furbaby dress up for Halloween every year and this was a big hit! Great quality and the colors are nice and vibrant. I flipped it to take our duo pictures so you could see the logo design. For reference she is a Havanese breed and small, weighs 9 pounds. I went with size medium and I'm glad I did, as I would rather it be comfy with a little room than too snug. It was perfect and she looked so cute! :)

I like the costume. However, prepare to keep adjusting it. I gave 4 stars for cuteness. It probably should be 3 when the effort it took to wear it is factored in. My dog is chesty but really only medium height. So, I needed the XL. This fit as well as possible, although still a little tight. Even then, the sleeves kept falling off of her shoulders while the velcro fasters kept coming open. We kind of wished it was strapless (like Wonder Woman's). The material is a bit hot. Unfortunately, the rest of the costume was large/long making it even more awkward. I had to take up the red part (sew it at the waist). Then, I used double-sided tape to hem the skirt (ultimately, we tied the skirt at its corners). The skirt was very long. As a note, double-sided tape wouldn't stick to the shiny material at the waste. I don't even know of a dog that is built like this outfit. But it did look cool.

I first ordered a large which was the suggested size for my 35lb terrier mix. The large was really tight on her and I couldn’t get the dress to close on her chest. So I returned the large and got an XL. The XL fit better but the dress was WAAYYYYY too long. I ended up cutting 5 inches off the dress and hemming it myself so it wouldn’t drag on the ground. The XL was a little baggy in some spots but not so much that it looked bad. But even with the larger size the arm holes kind of dug into her in the front. It’s like they just aren’t in the right spot for a dog. Cute dress if you’re willing to do some DIY modifications. We had a dog trick or treating event to attend so for me even having to hem the skirt was worth it. But they really need to adjust their sizing to fit a dog better. There is also no hole for a harness, but I just cut one and it worked out fine. The head piece is also just not practical. It’s way too big with no ability to adjust. I modified it myself to fit but decided not to bother with it for the dog trick or treating bc I figured it would just fall off and get lost. I ordered a Superman costume for my smaller dog which had a built in harness and fit perfectly. It would have been nice if this one was more like that. Overall with some modifications it worked.

Love this costume. Colors are bright but no brassy. Eye catching colors. Costume is durable abd well made. Velcro works abd keeps costume on!! Very easy to get on and off. Fits well. Great price !!
