O'Neill Men's Superlite USCG Life Vest

Works as it should. Keeps my 6' 7' 240 lb. son afloat while water skiing and such. The only gripe I have is I initially ordered a size 2XL for him and it was too small so we had to send it back and get a 3XL sent. We ordered the the 2XL because that his normal shirt size and coat size but it was too small for him. On the other hand I ordered the same life jackets from this same vendor in smaller sizes for other family members, using their normal size and they fit fine. So the conclusion may be the sizing pull-down is accurate except you may want to go a size larger if ordering one of the bigger sizes.

I am a very large chested women and was struggling to find a Life jacket that would go over my chest, and still be relatively light weight and comfortable, and man did this product work perfect! I wear it mostly while paddle boarding, and I don't feel overly constricted, nor do I feel like I'm overheating. I am very happy with this product! I got a 3X, Weight 290, 5'6, and a 42DDD chest.

Bought one for my wife and one for me they where a little big since I read the had a tight fit and decided to go a size larger, that was a mistake, can't really trust Americans perception of size but in the end I adjusted both with the strap and they were comfortable and what's more important made a trip to the sea a lot safer.

This is a lightweight, well-engineered, and well-constructed life vest. I ordered and received a 3XL. At least that's what the tag says. I wear 2XL t-shirts, and none of those t-shirts have to stretch to accommodate me. The adjustable straps on this vest, when entirely loosened (not a single stitch was left to fit), required a great deal of force to latch. I'm aware that a life vest should fit snugly, but I would have preferred using the post-latch tightening of the straps to achieve that effect. I'm the end, I still got the vest straps latched, and I was still able to breathe. It looks good and functions, and I have new motivation to lose weight. However, one star just barely couldn't fit into my overall review.

Great quality and really happy with this purchase. Definitely order 2 sizes larger than you wear. I returned my first one and went 1 size up. Still really snug but it’ll fit better as I loose some weight.

Great construction and has been very durable so far. I've hit the lake at high speeds and it has held up well. This vest doesn't pinch in the armpit nor does it ride up and make you float weird. Overall a very good design. My only gripe is only one d-ring on the left size, but this is a minor thing and i knew that before purchasing. The sizing chart was accurate for me as well. I'm 6ft and 160 lbs 37" chest and the medium fits perfectly. If you are under that size i would say this vest would be a little too big. My friend has a 41" chest and the vest is a little tight but still wearable.

Followed the size diagram and it fits as it should. Used for paddle boarding and Jacket never feel off, hard to swim or move in the water. Overall, I recommend this product.
