The Amazon Basic Brand of this Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal is better that the name brand and the price is so much lower in cost who wouldn't buy this. This is SO good and it does good in just a minute or 2, This is breakfast staple the flavor is awesome, one packet is plenty for a breakfast and if really hungry we mix 1 of these with one plain oatmeal and it's really good. This has a distinctive Maple flavor and and the Brown sugar puts the kick in it. If you like Maple & Brown Sugar this is for you, so good and good for you in moderation.

This is great instant oatmeal. I am not a big oatmeal person but I can eat this often. So delicious with a bit of butter and add some maple milk oh my gosh! You do not need to even add more brown sugar to this one if that is how you like your oatmeal like I do. DELICIOUS!

The maple/brown sugar generic brand I eat is now 2 bux a box, same specs as the happy belly oatmeal. Thought I'd try this brand because the deal worked out to $1.53/box (bought 5) and this has 2gm less sugar For price I'd rate HB a 4, but it lacks flavor (imo) so earns an overall 3. Wish it had more flavor. The generic brand I buy has more flavor. Update 8/30: after eating a few boxes of this oatmeal, I find that the flavor is better as an average, updating overall score to a 4.

This whole grain oatmeal is really good quality. I love that there is no added junk to it! Sugar content is sweet for me but I just added a bit more of almond milk to it. Next time I'll buy the regular with no added sugar. For the price of this Maple and Brown sugar oatmeal I bought two boxes to have a healthy supply. I eat it every morning. Sometimes slice bananas or apples into it. Texture and consistency is Oatmeal LOL. I will definitely buy again. It's fast and easy to fix. Pour hot water or warmed milk ( soy, almond whatever you prefer) ready right away .I usually use one packet but if I over pour on the liquid I just add another packet.I didn't see exactly a protein count but it does mention fiber ( we all know what that means)😆I would recommend this for anytime of the day.

This is a good buy and very tasty however it contains a lot of salt.

Purchased the Maple Brown Sugar and the Apples Cinnamon. Both were fantastic! Better than the big brand. The oats are tender but still have the texture of regular oats, not mushy or gloopy. Lightly sweet but not overly sweetened and the maple and cinnamon are there but light without overpowering the flavor of the oats. I'm sold!
