Suspicious used product
I ordered for the 7 strands and 19 strands. I received the 7 strands 2 days ago and immediately I opened the package I felt it didn't look right. The product looks like it has been used . There is only a few strand wrapped around and has some scratched part of the writings. What drew my attention to it more was when I received the 19 strands today and surely anyone could tell the difference. Unfortunately I threw away the original package it came with if not I would have returned it.
