I bought these recently for a camping trip (along with a little portable toilet) and they worked super well! I specifically bought these because I'm pregnant and I get up 3-4x a night to pee and I wasn't super interested in going outside to do that every time! So I only used these for liquid waste. The bags were great and fit in the portable toilet I bought, I used about 1 bag every night and there was no smell at all and the gelling factor worked great.

I was very thankful to find this product to use during my mom’s stay at my house after her surgery. The gel made having to use a bedside potty much more pleasant and the bags were great for cleanup. I gave it four stars because we still had to use another bag on the outside of the green one due to not knowing how fast the green bag would break down and due to the strong smell. Using a plastic grocery bag on the outside of the green bag was effective for containing the smell for the duration many of the bags had to spend in our home trash can while waiting for trash delivery dat, but that kind of negated the environmentally safe aspect of the bags.Also, the green bags are extremely big, indicating they might be useful for a lot of waste, however our experience was that they had to be changed sooner than hoped for because the bag would seem weak after a few urinations. The bags are expensive and it seemed their size was a bit of a waste for the purpose we had them for.Still these green bags held up MUCH MUCH better than the black boating bags from another company, so after a stint with those we came right back to these green ones.It would be wonderful if you could make a size smaller to fit the pans of bedside potties and also charge a lower price per bag for them.

This product does exactly what it says. I do like it being in packets very convenient and eady to useOnly drawback is it can be expensive if you have to use it on a daily basis ad I am rigjt now until my bathroom is builtBut it's been very effective for my needs at this time

Used on recent camping trip. Highly recommend this product for tent campers. Great absorption/solidifying and a pleasant smell. Easy to dispose of. Will definitely stock up on more.

Great for an on-the-road emergency, like after you've already emptied and sanitized your camper's holding tank, close things up for the season. But on the drive home, someone had to pee! Just open a green liner bag and put it in the toilet bowl, open a bag of crystals and sprinkle them in, then let the poor kid pee. It miraculously solidifies. Even smells nice. Remove the bag and dispose of it. Don't have to flush and sanitize your whole holding tank system again. Glad we had bought these.

I used this for having to potty when in areas where no restrooms are available. Rural areas as a Service Technician. I cover after a tinkle and when opening lid to discard ,the smell is as bad as an outhouse or port a potty. The gel packs say they deodorize but I’m not believing that, after a few hours to find a trash bin that smell is not pleasant as any type of deodorizer is in the gel pack.

We've been using degradable gel for a while now while camping and this brand works better than the eco gel brand. The package seems to have more content, too. Very satisfied. I will purchase this again.
