About 1/3 of bottle leaked despite spout not being released and it soaked everything Ok cleanser rubbish packaging

Great product but would be better if the pump actually worked. I tried getting in touch with the company through Amazon but haven’t received a response.

Firstly, the pump was taped down when it arrived, which would be fine because it prevents leaking and all that, but it actually made it so once i did lift up the pump, tons of the face wash spilled out. Also, the pump flat out does not work. So I have to unscrew the pump and get some off of the tube inside to use it. The actual product is okay, it is extremely thick which is usually good, but in this case is a bit too thick and is hard to wash off. It cleanses my skin well, but then leaves it super dry and thirsty so I have to be sure to apply moisturizer right away afterwards. Idk, its just meh... I thought I could save some money buying a cheap face wash since I spend so much on different serums and moisturizers and such, but this kind of proved to me that you get what you pay for, unfortunately.
