GM's is not working
Cmc is writt but GM's is not good we make ice cream it is not getting process wen l get GM's pawder from cake shop then itis working

Does not create thick stiff foam. So the basic does not expand sufficiently. Half ltr milk should make 2 ltrs ice cream. This product doesn’t even expand to double. Hence ice cream does not come out soft and smooth. Our last powder got over so tried this 2-3 times. It is no good.
