I can’t believe our building maintenance service wanted to bill us $200 to repair our front door. Went next door to see how the other office door worked and noticed this piece was the only broken unit. Replaced it with very little effort. Fantastic replacement!

This is the part that can break easily. When the door is swung open too hard, the metal rivet will break. It’s cheap to just replace this part only. I bought a few as backup. Works perfect.
