This is exactly what I was looking for to place in my shoes underneath my custom orthotics for extra cushioning. The ball of my foot needs more padding and a full shoe insole is too much thickness with my own orthotics. This half insole was just right. Loved it came with 5 pairs to place in several of my shoes. I wear a women's size 8 US 2EE. The large fits well in my running shoes.

These have always been my favourite type of insole to wear with anything with a heel, especially pumps. They’re exactly the same as Holt Renfrew gives you when you try on heels. They fit perfect, provide comfort but also aren’t too thick so your toes don’t squeeze out of a pair of pumps. You’ll need to replace them every now and then as they wear down, but that’s expected. Love these!

Works well. Fits shoe well. I doubled up inside of a pair of high heel boots to give the padsOf my feet some relief.
