Awesome game to play

The shrink-wrapped box (no protective packaging) arrived with slight denting, but the box is sturdy and there was no damage to the contents. The components allow players to recreate the movie sequences (as well as bringing in the alien hive as a player) more completely. I'm looking forward to doing just that.

A lot of assembly required. Superglue gel does great. Figures look awesome. Get the expansions for more crew options.

This set contains all the minis from "Sulaco Survivors" and "Alien Queen," along with the appropriate character cards and a boatload of other things, like more maps, a U577 APC scenario, and several more scenarios to insert the queen or the APC into your games. Maybe both!

This is truly a great expansion to Gale Force 9's Aliens: Another Glorious Day in the Corps. It adds a few new missions as well as the iconic scene of battling a xenomorph queen in the power loader. What I like most is that it changes the base game by incorporating all of the new tiles into the old missions. I know it is pricey (my copy cost more than I paid for the base game), but it is totally worth it.

Package came in perfect looking and sealed the only draw back was when i was gluing my power loader ripley sadly i was missing a part. but thats mostly it.

Great expansion. It adds more characters and enemies, more board tiles and updates the base missions to be a bit more challenging with larger maps. I highly recommend getting all the expansions currently out for this game.

Game is very thematic and the rules are easy to learn. As for the minis they are very high quality but if you are not familiar with assembling plastic minis here are some tips: 1. Get model snips or use an x-acto knife to separate the pieces from the sprue. 2. The characters (green plastic) are very easy to assemble so start there. 3. Dry fit to the stands before gluing. 4. For the aliens do them in batches, separate all the pieces into their various A, B, C, D piles (don't mix the pieces). a. start with the body halves and one of the heads they can be all done together hold for 20 seconds set aside, repeat until all the bodies are done (30 minutes or so total time to assemble) b. then one alien at a time, add a drop of glue to arms and glue the two arms on either side and hold for 20 seconds, carefully set aside, repeat until all the aliens have arms in various positions. (30 minutes or so for all the arms) c. then glue each alien to their stand, dry fit first before gluing, then hold for about 30 sec each. (30+ minutes for all the stands) d. then add a tail to each alien (this can be a little tricky as they may not stick at first... be patient). (another 30+ minutes) It took about 2.5 hours to assembly everything.

Awesome delivery time and great product

The build quality is unparalleled and the minis are amazing. I am looking forward to painting them up and putting them on the game table with friends.

I bought this alongside the base game and I had the intention of putting the parts all together from the start. My negatives would be probably the value for the cost of the box. It only comes with five models. I felt that the ultimate badasses expansion should have been included in this box. As before, the pieces need to be assembled so it cannot be easily played out of the box. However, the quality of the models are better this time around and although painting the models isn’t essential - it is really great to see the Queen and power loader put together and finished. They are very sturdy pieces and significantly less fragile than the regular aliens. I do find the human faces lacking detail and makes them tricky to paint and ink etc but this won’t be an issue for most people who either won’t paint at all or are much better at painting than me. The rest of the components are really good. The new tiles are brilliantly detailed and sturdy. There are more missions than just the two story levels and it really helps the game be more thematic. There are alternate mission cards for extra replay and rules for driving the APC. I personally think that this is an essential expansion for the main game and personally I feel that the main game (and story) is incomplete without this.
