I bought this little ceramic heater for a small bedroom, for the purpose of taking the chill off the air before bed and during sleeping hours. This heater is really easy to use manually and remotely, and does pack out heat if you need it. The heater will shut off when it reaches optimum temperature and come back on again when it starts to cool - so be patient as it takes time to come back on. If you're someone who wants constant heat with no shutdown, I'd suggest a different heater. The heater does have a little noise but honestly it's not that bad compared to my old dinosaur heater that died recently. If you want total silence, then perhaps an oil/column heater would suit better. I find that eco mode suits me best, as I'm someone who overheats quickly and worry about appliances on while I sleep. I've only had this heater for a week now, but I'm very happy with it. Only time will tell with longevity of this purchase but I would recommend this product -- - It's solid. It works. Easy to use Manually or Remotely. Safety feature. Bonus (cool) fan for summer.
