Porridge Pots, Golden Syrup - 8x70g - High Protein On The Go Breakfast

Every morning I have porridge in a pot as it keeps me full until or even past lunch. I was running low and had a look on Amazon for my usual brand but came across these and at such a low price, I couldn't resist. I had my 1st one this morning and it turned out nice and thick which is perfect for my taste. I'd say if you like it less gluggy then add water above the line. It doesn't taste as sweet as my normal brand but that isn't a bad thing at all. Especially after I compared the nutritional information. My old brand had 29g of sugar per 100g and this has 17g per 100g. Huge improvement and I must say I didn't realise how much sugar my old brand had. The protein content is also a lot higher which keeps you fuller for longer. My old brand had 14g per 100g and this has 18.5g per 100g. There is also slightly less salt in this. I love the messages inside the pots too and it is also useful to know they are 100% recyclable. Overall, I would really recommend these.

I would never have gone for these previously but I literally keep eating these now! I was never a very porridgey person however these are the right amount of everything taste wise and is fantastic for using as a snack or as a very quick breakfast. Even if you haven't tried before it is definitely worth buying to try 😊

OK so I was skeptical about what protein porridge to have because all of them state to mix with water and I've always had milk with them, but I was really pleased with how thick and creamy this was. Had it for a post workout meal and it's very filling. I bought this for the low sugar content as I'm trying to stay in keto. Love it and would recommend it, the syrup is light but tasty enough for me.

A little sweet for me, but it is Golden Syrup so not a huge surprise. Have offset this by adding in a few walnuts. Great price though. Quick to prepare. May try out some of the other flavours. ** EDIT - By the third pot am getting a taste for this now. Loverly porridge.

These are a really good brand and really tasty and filling.
