Are the wheels that come with the chair the hard wheels ( for carpet ) or the soft wheels ( for hardwood ) ?

The wheels that come standard are the carpet casters. However, if you order through us, simply drop us a message after you order requesting soft casters, and we will add them at no additional charge.

This chair has been commercially tested - for 24/7 use - up to 400lbs.

Can we buy the headrest attachment from Amazon?

I would buy a black (Licorice?) headrest if you (the seller) would add a listing for one.

Is the seat depth adjustable? If so, what is the range?

No seat depth is not adjustable. Some people use a lumbar cushion to adjust especially if you are short stature. Amazing chair.
