I've been using this brand of L-Lysine for several years and it does make a difference in the number of fever blisters that I get. When I don't take them I have many more occurances. I also prefer the Oval tablet to the capsules because the bottle is smaller. The Now brand seems to be a good value compared to others. I think you will be satisfied with this product if you buy it.

I have bought this many times over the years and they changed it to capsules instead of tablets. Buyer beware!!!!!

Tablets will be found in the toilet the next day. They don't digest. Buy the same brand in capsules. They are powder inside.
