Does this heating cap come with a warranty?

Hi, Arielle yes it's does, but my honest opinion, it is not a very good heating cap at all. It does not get hot. If you are looking to invest your money in a great heating cap I would suggest the Mastex Thermal Heat Cap. It is an excellent heating cap, it get really hot and I have had my now for two years. Can you use plastic disposable shower caps under the the conditioning cap?

You do not need to. The cap inside is plastic and a conditioning cap itself.

can this be used as a hair dryer?

No, this equipment can not be used as a dryer, it does not have enough heat pressure.
