I am handicap can I use this to play Call of Duty games in my computer I cant use a xbox controler and hard to use keyboard, thank you for any help..r

I use a ch pro throttle instead of the keyboard for all games,including all FPS

Can the left wheel trim be used as a throttle?

The left wheel is a throttle wheel. There is a three wheels, one for aileron trim, one for elevator trim and the one on the left of the joystick is for the throttle. Depending on what game you are flying there may be a way to use them for other purposes. This is a great Jstick by the way. I've used them for nearly 20 years now.
