My step son uses this along with his GoPro. He uses this every day on the beaches of Brazil. It is very sensitive to scratches so great care when using is very important. This is his second one and he really likes the quality. keeping it clean is super easy with a gentle terry cloth or microfiber. Water beads off of it very easily and this is important for those partial submerged shots.

This is my first dome port, and for an amateur like me this works really well. I got a lot of great footage with this housing, and had a lot of fun experimenting. I unfortunately didn’t get a lot of practice with the macro lens unfortunately so I can’t comment. I also chose not to use the trigger, so I can’t comment on that either. The housing is very bouyant so be aware of that. If free diving, make sure you have a weight belt or something to grab onto for filming at shallow depth. The video in this review was taken at about 4-5 ft depth with the red filter. The smudge (if you notice it) was just me being careless, and not wiping the dome port. All in all, it’s a great addition to my uw filming kit. It is acrylic so be VERY careful and mindful not to scratch the dome. It will scratch easily. Have fun!

The only thing I can't tell the difference much between the lenses. I just used the clear.

Has difficulty putting it togeather the first time But once I did it worked great however scratches extremely easy. Got scuffed up on the first use.

I am so impressed with this design! It’s awesome to be able to switch to the red filter in the water. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews on this thing. My only complaint would’ve been a more detailed instructions on how to piece it together and use. I mean it’s kinda common sense but not really.

En la primera usada le entró agua sin sumergirla mucho, esto afecta las fotografías pues las gotas se ven en la imagen. Por eso la calificación. El el segundo uso la dejé en el piso del bote 5 minutos y cuando me di cuenta ya tenia bastantes rayones, si la compran, cuídenla más que su cerveza.

Robust thicker glass than other dome ports. Handle could be filled with lead to encounter the strong positive buoyancy. However the screws on the handle had to be very much tightened as the dome tends to swivel up.

Wir waren leider nicht wirklich begeistert. Eigentlich ein cooles Gadget nur hatten wir ein paar Probleme damit. Der Auslösmechanismus funktioniert unter Wasser leider gar nicht gut, wodurch man nie weiß, ob die Kamera jetzt läuft oder eben nicht. Es waren schon als wir das Teil bekommen haben einige feine Kratzer auf der Oberfläche. Wir hatten gehofft, dass diese auf den Aufnahmen nicht sichtbar sind, wurden aber als wir die ersten Aufnahmen gemacht haben leider schnell enttäuscht. Leider ist durch die nicht ganz glatte Oberfläche und die Krater auch die Wassertropfen immer stark haften geblieben. Dadurch hat man bei einer Aufnahme die sowohl über als auch Unterwasser stattfinden soll leider immer unscharfe Bereiche durch die Wassertropfen auf den Aufnahmen. Echt schade aber das Gadget ging leider zurück.
