This works really well! You definitely realize how well it works if you run out and don’t order in time. I’m not sure how long the recommended use is but I started to develop nerve pain in my toes. I have no medical conditions- I’m in my early 40s and in very good health. After doing a bit of research, I realized that prolonged use of high dose vitamin b6 can cause neuropathy. Bummer! I’m going to switch to the 5htp.

Made me manic and anxious. It also didn’t make me feel like I was in a good state of mind, I felt sleepy and nervous every time I took it…. And I’m not sure if it’s because of an unsafe ingredient in these capsules or if it’s simply something interacting with the supplement I’d be careful purchasing these without a dr supervision.

I’ve been taking this for at least a year and truly feel a difference. I’d recommend speaking with a medical provider prior to taking. Easy to swallow, not too much of a taste, slightly expensive.

These things put me to bed so early. I do have a more restful sleep but I sleep for only 3-5 hours now and can’t get back to sleep. Doesn’t matter what time of day I take them, by 7:30-8:30 pm they force me to go to sleep when my normal bedtime was around 10:30 pm. Other than that, I haven’t noticed any other changes. I am not sure if I will continue with this or not after this bottle is finished because the main reason I got it was to help combat depression. I feel like I’m losing hours of my day now because of going to sleep so early.
