Yall, this is probably the first product that I've purchased in recent years that gave me almost instant results. I have great oral hygiene. I brush, floss, and scape my tongue 2-3 times a day! I have been using this product for over a year and will continue to do so. Last visit to dentist for cleaning and checkup the hygienist could barely find any plaque on my teeth. This is also great for gum tissue health. As an added benfit it also helps with morning breath. Of course flosing and brushing also need to be done. Docked one star because it is pricey.

This stuff has truly proven to be effective. I started using it just after my cleaning and check up. Choose not to review until after the next appointment. So, gums have stopped bleeding teeth are whiter and seem much stronger. On exam a periodontist student checked my mouth said that oral health was excellent. Six months after starting I feel great and no signs of irritation in mouth. They taste great but be careful around small children do to the fact that they taste like candy. These probiotics are very good. They are easy to dissolve in your mouth and are tasty. They have been helping as part of a proper oral hygiene routine to not have inflamed gums as well as better breadth.

I ordered two items of the same product in Dec 22 and both expired, one on Apr 22 and the other one on Jul 2022. Moreover the package is not same as the one advertised in the website. It must be old stock for clearance.

I just let it dissolve in my mouth at night at bedtime. Tastes OK. Works well for bad breath in combination with Crest Gum Detox toothpaste.
