Review for 5A Medium Ash Brown. I finally found the perfect ash brown shade. It's beautifully cool-toned with no brassiness. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fully cover my stubborn greys. :( Kinda just tints them. The formula also has a pretty strong chemical smell. On me, the color only lasts about three weeks before I feel like I need to reapply. I’ll probably keep using it for now since finding a true ash shade that isn’t brassy is so hard, but I do wish the grey coverage and longevity were better.

It doesn’t cover grey hair as expected.

I have been using Medium Ash Brown for several years and always get consistent color.
