Works great. Better than nasty chemical ridden over the counter cough meds. I recommend this to everyone. I boil water, add lemon ginger or lemon chamomile tea bag to cup, one packet, and only if needed a teaspoon of honey. Tastes great, works well, better over all

Used this with my son when he was sick and he got better much faster than usual. Tastes great. Love the day and night options.

It works but I still need to take medicine. It help loosen stuff up.
