I take one per day. The softgels are very small thus very easy to take. Also often with softgels I find however I store them they stick together in the bottle and these do not. I like the brand of these D3 vitamins because they are good quality and reliable. I am D3 deficient according to my doctor and he suggested to take vitamin D3 twice a day. The soft gel pills are not very big, easy to swallow and do not cause me any discomfort. I will continue to purchase affordable brands as long as I have to take D3.
