Good quality, high concentration, noticeable result. Way to expensive for this kind of product.

I purchased this maca powder hoping for a boost in energy and wellness benefits, but my experience has been disappointing. The item arrived with damaged packaging, and most of the powder had spilled out, creating a mess. On top of that, the taste was noticeably different from other maca powders I’ve tried – almost stale or off, which made me question its quality. While I understand issues can happen during shipping, the taste and overall experience didn’t meet my expectations.

This is the best maca powder I have ever used. I have tried others and thought I noticed some benefit. But, with the SunFoods' brand, I notice a huge difference every time I drink it in my smoothies. My mood lifts dramatically and I have much more energy. And this comes from just a tablespoon. I might actually taper it down a bit to make it last longer. I don't need to be that chipper and happy at work - you know, that place where I'm supposed to be miserable!? I'll have a full tablespoon on the weekends instead. In fact, it just started kicking in and that is what prompted me to write a review. Great stuff!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!! ;)

I tried it because one study said it treated prostate problems in rats. But I am concerned about the warning on the package about lead.

There was nothing on this page (in photos or in writing) that indicated this product had a P65 Lead Warning, or I would not have purchased it. Looking at their advertised photos again, it almost seems deceptive, as though they intentionally hid the fact that this warning applies to their product. This should have been made known so that we can make informed decisions about what we put into our bodies before buying the product. I also didn't notice the warning on the bag until I had already used it a few times. I didn't like the earthy flavor, especially in oatmeal, but it was tolerable in orange juice. Stopped using it as soon as I read the P65 Warning. "Resealable bag" does not reseal. Can't seem to get a refund even though it's within 30 days of purchase. Very displeased.

I am really enjoying it! I have been putting it in my morning shake& the other day I forgot all of my suppliments at home and I actual felt great so I'm sure this is helping.
