I’ve been using Nutricost Vanadium + Chromium for a while now, and I’m very impressed. The capsules are easy to take, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy levels and blood sugar stability throughout the day. Not as expected

I love that the dosing on this is just one capsule which is small and easy to take. One bottle lasts 6 months if taking just once daily. On my second bottle, my blood sugar is stabilized but I do take other supplements to support this as well (berberine, r-alpha lipoic acid) and supplements to control cortisol which causes blood sugar spikes (ashwaghanda, holy basil, rhodiola, and maca root). I plan to continue taking this supplement and I love this brand.

I know it will work well about controlling my blood sugar because I have tried it in the past. Thank you for carrying it.
