Does wonders for skin
Doesn’t taste as bad as I expected. My skin feels and looks a little livelier honestly. People always say I look like I’m more “glowy” than usual after using it for a month. Don’t mix with hot water because the beneficial components break down. Mix it in cold water. I bought a couple 200 ml bottles and I put two tea spoons in each. Shake it very very… very well and put them back in the fridge. When you take them out for consumption shake it even more because no matter how much you shake it, it will still have a sandy texture. That’s the only downside.
