Q: It says oem 2016. i have a 2014 model will it fit? seems to be the same just want to make sure.

Yes! I just tried it and it works for certain. The old valve you speak of should be the one you turn 90 drag to open and the new one has the tiny spin type thing(new one sucks BTW) These little guys fit both.

Q: how do you even replace the silicone portion? I want to clean out the water but can't get it off the red thing.

Just pull hard on the clear silicon nozzle...the red part will stay in place.

Q: Will these fit the older Hyrdaform model bite valves?

The bite valves fit fine on my older osprey hydration pack. About five years old.

Q: Will this work for the vibrelli back pack?

Probably not. It is made specifically for Osprey hydration packs. You should contact Vibrelli directly.
