Charger works great for my 2-year-olds Mickey Mouse train.

There are no instructions in the box. Plug it in and a light comes on. It doesn't matter what it is attached to or if it is attached to nothing. The light comes on when you plug it in. The light is always the same color. So, the light seems to indicate that the charging device has power, that that it is charging anything. After a day each of "charging" several different batteries that are in the size description of what it will charge it charged none. But, the light was on and always the same color. So we connected the charger to a fully charged battery. Guess what the light was on and always the same color. So, as the headline states, this charger is a waste of money. This is the second and last purchase of ExpertPower products. We will avoid the products of this brand now and the seller.
