Premium Oyster Sauce, 255 g (Pack of 6)

Excellent product. Really tasty. As pointed out, it is very salty, but I love that. I usually add msg or soy sauce to others I've tried. My item was delivered intact. I thought I'd point this out as I've seen lots of reviews of broken bottles. And in fairness, looking at how it's boxed, with no separation between the bottles, I can see why they get broken so easily. The external packaging by Amazon was excellent though.

Arrived on time, item as described, safely packaged. Excellent service, good value good use by date 2027

Large bottle probably a better choice if you use oyster sauce daily

Purchased this and it was still in date. Went to use today and it had mould. I read a comment on here saying they had put water in to make it easier to decant and they found mould. ****** Just like to clarify: Mine was in date, stored in fridge, i didnt decant used from bottle. No interferance used as intended. Still had chunks of mould. All over the lid and throughout. Of course i didnt realise until i poured it over my food. I would say use quickly caus 4 weeks later even in fridge mould. Its a real shame ive had to bin it all. Upon opening is a really nice sauce. Longevity for the size not so much.

Just to make you aware of a problem that I have had with this item ( please read un till the end ) I decanted some into a smaller bottle which lasted until today 15th February so time to decant some more it started to flow into the funnel when a large sheet of mould appeared from out of the original container so then I looked into the container and mould was all across the surface of the product I have tried to contact the seller but the return time has expired so no option to do so my only option bin it Addendum I have just checked on Chatgp about my problems with this item and adding water to the container so that it would flow more easily caused the mould growth so it’s not the item that’s the problem it me interfering with it,sorry seller I hadn’t realised that this would cause a problem, so to be fair to the seller and to make others customers aware The item apparently lasts a long time in the container according to Chatgpt

This is one of great purchase as all is as should be, tasty and salty...in short this is quality you want when using it.

Preis, Leistung, Geschmack unschlagbar

Sehr gutes Produkt für mich als Hobbykoch ideal, Schmeckt, kann verdünnt werden, ideal für den Wok und alles asiatische. Preis ist legendär

Da ich Soja- und Austernsoßen auch abseits der asiatischen Küche verwende (wenn auch sparsam) und oft und gerne asiatisch koche, habe ich einen dementsprechenden Verbrauch an Würzsoßen und bin nach einigem Probieren bei der Marke Lee Kum Kee gelandet. Hier bekommt man eine leicht fischig/würzige Austernsoße guter Qualität in einem Großgebinde und zu einem fairen Preis. Leider ist bei der Austernsoße keine Ausgieß-/Dosierhilfe dabei, wie bei den Sojasoßen hell und dunkel. Deshalb nen Stern Abzug. :)
