This Dress Up Construction Hat has an interior band that can be adjusted for 2 different sizes. Even the smallest size is a bit big on the 3 year old but he doesn't care. The hat front says BOSS. Great for pretend play. A little pricy at $29.96.

Cute! We ordered for a birthday party and used for ice cream. After the party we had a few remaining so they have been used over and over again as snack bowls! Perfect size for little snacks. Plus they are so cute!

My son loves this hard hat. It goes well with a High vis vest we also bought & he loves dressing up as a builder.

My son was really excited to receive this for Christmas but it is too big. He is three and not a small guy, so I am surprised there are not more fitting options, considering the target age. Quality is pretty good otherwise.
