I carry one all the time on my cycle, they are indispensable for a easy quick fix if out cycling and you get a puncture. You need to be a bit careful as they are designed for cars etc but they are great.

Saved my life ! Don't need anything else this inflates the tyre as well as fixing the puncture , be sure to get it fixed ASAP though as it's only a "get me home" fix!
