Q: What does the support board rest on? Are there little metal supports sticking out or does to board rest on the edges of the frame?

The board rests on the wooden frame of the crib. Very nice crib. I have used it for my three year old granddaughter and my 5 month old grandson.

Q: Are there printed instructions included other than the one pasted on the bottom of the crib? Trying to put together, but only found those directions

Just the ones on the bottom of the crib. My husband and I put it together pretty easily, but it helped to have four hands!!

Q: Can you fold up this crib with the bumpers still attached?

It would be difficult to do since the ends of the crib fold in in a v-shape. Bumper pads are not that hard to remove. I would just take them off when I had to store the crib.
