Koohere Beer Can Chicken Holder for Grill and Smoker, Premium Grade Stainless Steel Beer Chicken Stand with Handle

We have the older version without the side handles. This version provides a lot of stability and makes the chicken plus its holder easier to remove from the grill without getting burned. We tried it first on a pretty large chicken. I was concerned that the old holder wasn't up to the task and might fall over. No such concern with this holder. I did a great job! And its easy to clean.

Worked great to smoke chickens on a Big Green Egg, Clean up was easy, soaked them for a little bit and cooked on grease and juices wiped right off.

Works but wish was a bit wider. Used on my Yoder YS640 but I drink Michelob Ultra beer, and the holder is for a standard beer can so MU cans don't sit perfectly upright. Easy enough to work around but width the can holder was attached between those cross bars and not on top of them. First run was a 9LB bird and this didn't budge, so steel quality is on point. Cleans up nicely and smaller size make storage a cinch.

I purchased two of these to use for beer can chicken in my offset smoker. I use stainless steel cups for the liquid and fresh herbs. I use them with a foil tray to collect any drippings and to cut down on clean up needed in the smoker. Chickens come out flavorful and juicy every time. The handles on the side make them easy to load on the tray and to turn the chicken when basting with barbecue sauce towards the end of the cook. These were easy to use and easy to clean. I definitely recommend and will be using them often.

Fits beer and chicken perfectly. Convenient tool and definitely worth the money to not worry about food tipping over. Easy to clean too.
