The buying process by Amazo is great but JBL have massive pairing problems with my mobile

The sound and the music is good, and i like it because it woks automatically when i use it. The quality of the case needs more improvement..

1. Design of the buds is a little big. Ears paining after 10 to 15 mins usage.2. Comparative with other products sound bass is very less.3. Battery backup is poor. In the product, it's mentioned 5 hours. But for me, it does not last for 1 hour.4. Frequent drop of connectivity with the laptop. The mic is not that much good5. No ANC.6. No Multipoint support.

Worked fine for 8 months . Started giving problems from 9th month.. one earbud audio is reduced. Could not find any workable fix on the internet. Would not recommend this product . Audio is very clear when listening and distance from phone is about 5 meters before starting to disconnect and crack.having problem with listeners. the Listeners complain the audio is sometimes less. covering the ear with the hand solves the issue. product reduces your audio while trying to reduce external noise.Sometimes listeners complain a windy noise problem. Battery lasts for 3-4 days on standard work home usage .

Earphone stopped working after 2 months and is I cannot ever charge it.really disappointed with the quality of the product.

Left earbuds is not working.
