Started using recently these vitamins and can tell that I’m having energy and feeling good focus even from one tablet, not sure I need to use two a day. So far like them

I bought these vitamins because it had a great amount of iron, much more than most other multi-vitamins that I found. I did feel like they boosted my energy a bit, so I switched from taking them at night, to taking them when I woke up. I noticed that if I didn't eat something soon after taking them, my stomach would be a bit upset, but I am sensitive to that kind of stuff. I liked them, but I can't buy them again because they really do smell horrible. The smell isn't something weird, they smell like vitamins, but its just so strong. I used to have them in a pill organizer by my bed, but i had to move them to the other side of the room, because they stopped me from being able to sleep. I hope they can change the formula a bit without removing the nutrient amount.

Will definitely make you feel alive! Pills are like horse size pills and stink. If you can get over that then they’re great!

Made me throw up everytime I tried to take and them tasted horrible would never recommend these to anyone. On top of that they don’t allow you to return it

These are pretty ok , I’m still early with taking them, I’m going to update after a little more time. I will advise that you drink plenty while taking these. They aren’t your average size pill, they’re quite large and if you have an issue with swallowing but still want to take these have plenty of liquid. The texture is ok no aftertaste and I will say decent price Update!!! Happy New Year everyone I have a very sensitive stomach and have found no issues after taken these on an empty stomach, also after sometime I had no issue with swallowing these, they work, I’m more energetic and I feel great. Hair and nails are totally improved (nails are no longer breaking,& my hair isn’t coming out due to stress anymore they are helping with that.) Grateful I say they really do tend the needs of women I will make sure to order some more and do recommend them 👍

For about the cost of half a candy bar, two of these multivitamin tablets provide a bounty of good things for your body! For most of the ingredients, the amount in 2 caplets is far over 100% of the recommended daily value. The caplets are a bit large and some women, especially elderly, may have some difficulty swallowing them. Until you are certain you can take two at once, it's probably best to ingest one at a time. For maintaining a more constant level in the body, taking one early in the day and one later could help. My wife said the odor reminded her of other multivitamins, and seemed to have no flavor when swallowed with water. Excellent value for the cost, and an excellent source of many vitamins, minerals and other supplements for women's health.
