The bar code you sent me this afternoon that I was suppose to return your product with was of no use. My iPhone states "This QR code is empty.... Please try another QR Code. YOU MUST TAKE ENTIRE ROD APART JUST TO GET THE STRING. AFTER YOU FIX SAID STRING YOU MUST FIGURE OUT HOW TO PLACE THE RED THUMB PLACEMENT. I don’t just demand a refund on my purchase I demand a refund on the gasoline that it takes 23 miles One way into locate My rural Postal Service location to pick up my sorry excuse of a Spiderman fishing ride. But since we’re not gonna get anywhere determining how many per gallon miles my 69Chevy Camaro SS gets and then calculating the dollar amount per gallon, would simply not be fair and not to mention time consuming. The problem that I’m having with your fishing pole is the red device that your left thumb presses down to give the string slack with throwing the Luer into the lake. Also I was not aware nor did the box say no ma’am no man I rephrase this the box might have said this but it was not in big enough font to grab the average consumers attention, but most of all the device came with string that we were supposed to string a fishing rod ourself. Pretty much I would like a return on my fishing rod which is in the makings as we speak I believe, I believe that I should be reimbursed for having to drive so many miles to pick up a device that has had nothing but terrible reviews. If I were to be reimbursed for the fuel that I have spent in picking up this fishing pole that has been nothing but a nightmare with the gas prices and the type of car I’m driving you’re you’re looking at around $85-$90 worth of gas now I’m willing to let that bygones be bygones. Just so that I’m not out of any more money and the fact that I do not have to drive to the only hub that gathers UPS FedEx USPSDHL it’s one little hub and rather than driving there and wasting gas again I think it would be easier to not make me drive back out there and deliver that broken toy. And I’ll just dispose of it because it is seriously seriously broken and there’s no reason to spend gas mailing it back

I bought this toy to entertain my pet and now my senior cat cannot get enough of it and it has quickly become her favorite toy. As soon as I go to grab it, she starts meowing loudly in anticipation of playing. I have to hide it when it's not in use, otherwise, she begs to keep going. Being able to cast it and reel it in allows her to jump, hunt, run, track, try to "find" it etc without me having to run around the living room too. I am so glad I finally got a fishing rod for her and feel bad I didn't buy this sooner. It's easy to use however I don't test the weight the line holds by any stretch since my cat just pounces on or bats the end. I don't use the attached weighted fish and left that plastic piece that was already attached to the end of the line since my cat prefers the plastic. It's way more affordable than similar toys at the big box pet stores. The size is great and its fun to see her so happy and excited to play.
