My daughter had kept asking Santa for a dollhouse and I decided on this one. As much as I thought about a wooden one I thought I'd settle for plastic. I was very happy when the dollhouse arrived. I has some cute little furniture and little dolls that come with it. Assembling is easy if you're familiar with the process of assembling something akin to Lego or ready to assemble furniture. The size is perfect for her to play with. She is six years old and will probably get a couple years of play out of this. What is cool about this dollhouse is it's semi modular nature so you can configure it a couple of different ways. The little kitchen items are cute and add to the fun. It does have some small parts so I definitely wouldn't recommend this for a child under 4 without supervision. My daughter enjoyed reconfiguring the rooms the way that she wanted them, something else that made this dollhouse worthwhile. Lastly two of the little "lawn chairs" arrived broken and I contacted the seller. They happily agreed to replace the broken chairs and with a bit of patience we received it via UPS today. Great seller and a very worthwhile product!

This is amazing! My girls loved this! I was looking for a way to replace their old dollhouse and this was perfect. My 5 and 9 year old girls were both a to build this o e themselves. And they loved all the little items that came with it. There was a slide and a tree for the yard, a picket fence and lots of other little things to make playtime extra fun. So far this has been great not only for the building experience but also as they can rebuild and change things around. Love the flexibility and the value. I did not expect this much. The dolls were a little creepy looking but other than that this was a huge hit!

I decided to get my 3 year old a dollhouse for her big gift to open on Christmas morning since she is starting to get into bigger girl things. We purchased the larger dollhouse. I wanna start by saying this dollhouse took 3 hours to put together. It’s extremely flimsy and unstable. The slide keeps falling off because it doesn’t clip into place like it’s supposed to. There were several broken items. Tables chairs etc. the rooms backdrops are all cardboard (which is fine except there are four rooms in the dollhouse that take the same backdrop unlike the pictures that are advertised. The outside foyer on this dollhouse is setup like a bedroom but in the picture it’s supposed to be some sort of entertainment room. The dolls heads were hanging off. And the material is very cheap. I understand you get what you paid for but it just seems that whoever packed the package was very careless and mixed all of the pieces up and broke them. If all mistakes weren’t made I guess it would be an “okay” first dollhouse. But this definitely messed up my daughter’s magical Christmas morning… she’s pretty upset about the slide and broken pieces, as she should be. I know she is probably going to break some things with it over time not only because she is 3 but because everything is very flimsy. But she should have had the opportunity to break them on her own to learn. Not come already broken. And the two sections of the dollhouse don’t even connect so one keeps falling over while she is trying to play. Were going to have to just push it against the wall or something.

I wanted to like this. My daughter wanted the barbie dream house and I really didn't want something so large taking up so much space. I liked how this had a lot of the same features but was smaller and could be changed around to keep it exciting. It did come with an instruction booklet and was fairly easy to put together. If your child enjoys putting legos together they would probably enjoy the assembly part. However, it truly is made of cheap plastic and in my opinion isn't meant to be a permanent put together toy. The floors are warped and don't sit flat so the furniture wobbles. The backgrounds are super thin sheets of plastic that fall out very easily. Also, the backgrounds are the same for multiple rooms. I think there are 3 with a rocking horse? This might be better if it was for an older child who is gentle with their toys and would enjoy the building aspect but my 4 year old gets frustrated from it falling apart on her. I will most likely end up donating this and be stuck with the giant barbie house.
