Hard Water Pomade for Men | Shine Finish | Firm Hold | Hair Pomade

When I was younger i used to use a lot of gel to spike my hair, but then as I got older, I began to like more of a natural look. So then I Became less of a fan of putting things in my hair, especially Gel. I stopped using hair products for a long time. But then I started learning more about products that make my hair look nice yet still natural at the same time. So I gave this and the Baxter clay pomade a shot and they nailed it. It smells nice, works great, and doesn't leave your hair feeling all nasty or like you have stuff in it at all. It has a nice strong hold and adds real nice volume and texture. It's a really good product and I would recommend it to anyone.

Smells great gives a good hold but also leaves my hair pliable. It’s a sticky consistency, the jar isn’t that big only 2oz but a little goes a long way and I have longer hair. Washes out easy too. Only downside was I ordered during the summer and it was sort of melted toward the cap side but that’s understandable folks its not being delivered in a refrigerated truck.

Good product. Packaging has a clean and solid design. Made of glass so adds a bit of weight when traveling, but looks great on display in the bathroom. The product itself is as its labeled a water pomade. Gives hair a hold and wet look when applied to wet or damp hair. I wish it had just a bit more hold and firmness, but its still good product. I did make the mistake of tightening the lid a little too much after the first few uses and cracked the plastic top, guess I don't know my own strength.

This water pomade is a staple! It gives a flexible hold with a natural wet look. Hair stays manageable and stylish. Highly recommend!

I have short normal hair. The hold on the hardwater pomade is much less firm than the clay pomade, contrary to what the hardwater says. It's a medium hold that wears off after a couple hours. Medium finish; nothing special. If I could do it again, I'd avoid buying this.

Pros: Smells great. Feels high quality. Comes in cool glass container. Cons: Will not hold down a short slick back or short comb over all day. Less than 2 hrs and short comb over spiked up no matter how much you apply. If you touch the hair while dry, it flakes and turns white. Leaned this after wearing a hat. I would recommend this for people with a lot of hair. I think it might work for you. For a short tight look, I'll stick to American Crew Fiber. It's half the price, holds the short hair in place all day, doesn't flake when I put on a hat.

I was introduced to this product while living in the bay area and will not use any other hair styling product! I hate that it has not made it to the east coast (I live in South Florida) yet! It is the best I have used in years; not to mention it is a quality product. The fact that a product still can be found in glass containers (hair gels and pomades) should show a mark of its quality! Try it, you will not be disappointed.

As I've gotten older, my dandruff has gotten worse. I have curly, thick hair and it needs a lot of hydration, and the wrong product can cause... buildup. All over my scalp. Yikes. Dandruff shampoo literally dries out my hair, making it look dead and miserable, and me with it. So I was trying to find an alternative that worked for me, and I loved the American Crew fiber I used daily, just not what it did to my head. This product essentially stopped dandruff in its tracks, while helping me keep the same hold I'm used to in my hair. I just run it through my hair and it's good. I can even get a little risky and run it closer to my roots, something I could never do with any hair paste or fiber. It looks fantastic. Really happy with this product.
