HDMI to Display port output. You can connect this adapter with a laptop having HDMI output and monitor having DP input. You must have a DP -DP cable.

It works, but..
It works, but I can't seem to figure out how it can reach 1080p@120Hz. I bought this item because it says that it can reach up to 144Hz.

Connect the USB cable of the adapter to monitor USB port if laptop USB port does not work
Best adapter to work with old Dell laptop with only HDMI connection. The 24"monitor came to life after connecting the USB cable of the adapter to the monitor USB port. The monitor could not display with USB cable connected to the laptop USB port per video.
