What are the actually rules wanting to know before buying ?

You go around the table asking the questions in your hand to someone that you think will say yes to the question. If they say yes you can discard the card if they say no then you keep the card. The point of the game is to empty your hand. You can also discard any number of your cards in your hand to draw new ones if you skip your turn.
