Rennet for junket-making
Much better than the vegetarian option that I tried previously. Used for making junket, a somewhat old-fashioned pudding, and it worked brilliantly.

Good for cheese
This rennet is good. It work with 3% milk from the market.The dose in not match with prospect, but after to many attempts, for 6 l of milk and 2 yogurt with bacteria cheese I used 1 spoon of rennet
