Love these glasses! Beautiful, with the crystal ball on the stem. They are very long lasting , dont break easily like normal glasses, I have been dishwasher mine for months & they look good as new. They are not tall glasses, so less easy to knock over than tall stemmed wine glasses , perfect for everyday & special occasions , and they fit a good large glass of wine in. I love how they look like goblets, love this style of glass & would buy these again & again!

These glasses state dish washer safe but then state further along hand wash only. What a joke ordered 12. 3 smashed during deliver another one was cracked on use. Took a long time to get a replacement as the wrong ones were sent. Since receiving these glasses they continue to fall apart.

The six glasses box set all arrived intact, very well protected with a triple boxed shock proof type of protection and each individual glass inside the innermost box was also bubble wrapped. I needed to replace my previous long stemmed lead crystal wine glasses which either perished by being knocked over or someone else broke the stems whilst washing up? I am impressed by the sturdy stem design, the fine quality of the non lead plain crystal generous bowl i.e. over 300ml allowing red wine breathing space and good feel in the hand. As any fine crystal wine bowl do not crash together when making a toast and wash and dry carefully each individual glass in clean soapy water and rinse in warm water and leave to dry or very carefully dry and they should last years. Excellent value for money. Cheers.

Glasses look gorgeous but unfortunately one of them arrived smashed and therefore will not have them to host friends as planned.

We wanted a dozen glasses to replace the rag-tag selection we've been left with over the years. My initial choice was for the well known make from the South West of the UK but they were all far too tall and big. These were chosen because a) they're just the right size (IMHO obviously), b) they're a bit different to most, c) they're crystal (well the bowl is at least) d) they're very good value for money. Delivery was quick and because of the excellent packaging they all arrived intact. I've had a few glasses of wine in them now and they're nicely weighted and simply a pleasure to use. Now, some people have complained about the durability and I have to point out that there's a difference between durability and quality! Just because a glass is delicate doesn't mean it's poor quality - quite the reverse is usually the case. To those who want a durable glass I'd suggest one of the Polycarbonate offerings. If you're prepared to be careful with your washing up and use then these are highly recommended. I can't see me needing any more for many a year but the good thing is that even if a few do break, it's not going to mean a remortgage to buy some more.
