I guess if you have a small cat or a small dog and you want to go for a small walk, maybe this would suit you. The quality is so low I honestly can see that for £12.99 in a High Street household goods shop. The straps are totally inadequate and any dog more than 5 kg would make it extremely uncomfortable. Also, I have to say I would never trust something quite so inadequate and overpriced with my fur babies. I’m so bored of buying cheap overpriced things on Amazon. I ended up buying a much better quality rucksack from decathlon for £30 and putting a swimming float in the bottom and some tent poles in it and cutting some bits out for my dog a lot more sturdy and a lot more comfortable.

Very happy with the purchase. It does not match airplane requirements, but I used it for cycling trips and long hikes with my miniature dachshund (~7kg).

Wir haben unseren Terrier langsam daran gewöhnt, am Anfang einfach Essen rein gemacht und dann immer mehr Reißverschlüsse von Tag zu Tag zu. Dann kurze Zeiten im Rucksack und dann verlängert. Inzwischen mag unser Hund den Rucksack ganz gerne. Mit Leckerlis klappt es immer.

Die Katzen lieben ihn. Selbst wenn er nicht im Einsatz ist schlafen sie darin. Er ist auf jeder Seite bzw jedes Fenster zu öffnen. Das einzige was mir hierbei fehlt ist eine Befestigung für das Geschirr in der innen Seite des Rucksacks. Sonst top

Wish I had found this dog carrier long time ago. I have purchased dog backpacks left and right for years and I think this one is perfect for my 11 lbs dog. The quality feels really solid, not flimsy or cheap to where you think after a few scratches it will need to be repaired (aka duck taped) or replaced. The weight of the backpack is light. The fit is perfect in that it’s wide enough for the dog to sit or curl up and lay down. The opening on top when you carry it as a backpack is not too high to where the dog’s neck might stress on top of the edge. My dog would act like she’s “choking” because she wants her head hanging off the opening but the previous backpacks were just designed too high while she sits. The visibility for her to see out is nice, not claustrophobic looking. The overall bag appearance is also quite nice to look at too. Not gaudy. I’d recommend this for a dog around the weight I mentioned above. Air travel: One thing I do NOT know yet is if this bag will fit underneath a airplane seat. I have taken my dog years ago on Alaska airline and the backpack was much smaller. It BARELY fit underneath, so I can easily say this bag would NOT fit under Alaska airlines seats unless they have expanded the storage size recently. This backpack is not foldable either so there’s no easy way to fold it to become smaller size or flat in size etc. Most other reasons to use this backpack (hiking/walking) would be perfect. Even taking it where you eat that allows pets (aka open outdoor seating) is great. Sometimes those places have seats with big gaps, so this sitting on top of the seat (if you do not wish for your dog to be sniffing the floor for food) is ideal to keep your pet in place.
