I have upper back scoliosis and have never had a pillow that did so much to help alleviate the strain than this pillow. Warning: air it out, it gets kinda smelly in shipping, so just air it out for a day, it's worth the wait. Memory foam pillows leave your head perpetually sinking and over heating, which is no good for my neck and back. THIS PILLOW however more or less holds whatever shape you form it into. So just build your head a little nest and settle into it for the most comfortable sleep ever. I just sorta smoosh it into the shape I want for a few seconds and then go to sleep. I toss and turn WAY LESS. I know several other people with back problems who only use buckwheat pillows, and this is a great buckwheat pillow.

The buckwheat has good support, and a moderate amount of filling. The size is slightly smaller than an average pillow, so most pillowcases will be a bit big for it. It's also heavier then you'd expect for a pillow of the size, and when you lift it/flip it/etc., the buckwheat will tend to fall into a pile inside the case, and need to be smoothed out again. Still, did wonders for my neck pain, and would highly suggest it.

I love this buckwheat pillow and have tossed out all of my traditional American puffy pillows since purchasing it. At first glance it would be easy to think that buckwheat pillows couldn't be comfortable, but that is not the case AT ALL. This pillow molds to my head and supports my neck all night long. It's smaller than the pillows I had before but that hasn't bothered me. I am really pleased with this purchase!

When I first purchased this pillow, I was used to more of a bigger fluffy or pillow, and my thoughts were. It's a little hard, specially with the husk inside but decided to try it out... This is the pillow that I was using when I missed 41 phone calls, my daughter thought something had happened and sent a wellness check to my house and I didn't hear the police knocking at th her door. Since using it, I've waken up so refreshed, focused and more energetic. I've always had trouble being a light sleeper, occasionally taking naps but BAAAABY!!! I was able to sleep in until 10am (that almost NEVER happens), haven't taken a nap in a week and able to do more after getting off work. This pillow is awful. It's heavy. It's hard. It smells bad. I returned it after only being able to stand 10 minutes with my head on it.

All three pillows that I ordered came with a unpleasant smell, like sour milk. Thought it was the pillow cases -- washed them -- no it was the pillows. Set the pillows out in the sun all day. Nope. Put them in a tumble dryer on high heat together with a white towel wet with bleach-water. That helped, but some smell still there. Probably after manufacture they were stored or transported under warm humid conditions, allowing mold or bacteria to grow. May not happen to yours, but it happened to mine. Returning them is such a chore; I'll just keep trying to get rid of the smell. Each pillow comes with two nice pillowcases: an outer and an inner, which is an advantage.

I was skeptical about the idea of a pillow made of a material this and all the reviews saying the smell was sour, but I bought it anyways... I'm so glad that I did. Think of a beanbag chair that has the support equivalence of memory foam, with a subtle earthy scent. Honestly a little frustrated at how quickly it fixed the pain in my neck/traps and reduced my migraines, because was it really this easy this whole time? I didn't have to spend +$160 for "supportive" pillows that all went flat within a month, and then suffer until I gave in and spent the money again and again?

最初は高いかなと思ったけど、2、3日使ったら馴染んできて爆睡。 色々な枕を試しましたが、蒸れないし硬さも丁度良く寝返りもうてるし満足。

そば殻がギッシリ入りながらも良い感じで沈み心地良い睡眠を得られました。

Why did I not get these years ago. Just amazing comfortable, cool and they really help me have a better sleep. Highly recommend
