I don't know all the reasons why people use this supplement. Reading through the comments, there are many. I can't recall what reason attracted me to it, but the greatest benefit has been for my hair loss...or lack thereof due to recent use. Been using it only 5 days now. And the results in that department are stupendous! I am female, always have had very, very fine, thin hair. People say you lose 100 hairs a day. I probably average twice that, and then some. I will never go totally bald, but genetics decrees that I'll be close to that by the time I am 80. In photos of women both sides of my family tree it makes it very apparent my scalp will shine through all over my head. I have chin length hair. You can see my ears as if I have a few strands of strings hanging over them. Since I've began taking 2 pills a day of this product, I am averaging less than 30 hairs loss a day. My hair feels fuller. Why? Well, I read up on it and the internet told me why this supplement prevents hair loss, but I didn't fully understand it. So, I don't know why. I am simply amazed. I thoroughly brush my hair and 5 - 6 strands are left in the brush compared to 60 - 70 usually. I brushed it 5 times today and yesterday, just to see if this phenomenon was a fluke. It isn't, so far. Will this continue, make my head of fine hair fuller forever? One can hope. I'll let you know one way or another in 6 months. Added postscript: Use NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) 600 mg with Selenium & Molybdenum along with this. The cysteine and L-Glutamine together work wonders for hair growth and retention. Look up both on the internet in conjunction with hair growth. Two weeks and my hair barely sheds and new thicker growth apparent. Added p.p.s: Hair getting thicker by the day, wa-ay thicker. Been over 2 months since I began use. So pleased. Can't see my ears, unless you part my hair. Miracle.

Ive been taking these morning and night for a few weeks now. I have IBS and these have helped me immensely with my bloating. They have really helped me deal with my gut issues. They arent magic, but definitely a perfect addition to my IBS arsenal.

This supplement is 3rd party tested which is very important. My problem is with the seal on the bottle. I can’t remove it without a box cutter! Very difficult to open.

I am a know supplement freak..people tease me at work regularly. Like more than 15 pills a day kind of crazy. Nothing I took seem to do what it was supposed to. I realize nothing was going to help unless my gut was healthy. So I stopped them all and just take this (1 pill) every morning on an empty stomach. It's been a few weeks and to my surprise I'm feeling better and my bowels seem to be working more regularly. If you want to heal your leaky gut it will take about 4 months of daily use. Your gut is the gateway to your health...be smart and take care of it.

I’m sure the quality overall is good. I failed to notice that the add Acacia fiber to this. Sadly, I can’t digest added fiber regardless of the type - soluble or not. The price for the amount is good but I can’t take this product. I’ll be ordering a different one.
