I have arthritis flare ups in my wrist, hand and forearm so bad. I rub this on for about 30 seconds and It works great for me. Some days I use it more than 4 times in a day. It’s so soothing. I love it and will buy again. I do wish it would come in a little roll-on bottle. That way I wouldn’t have to stress about washing the finger(s) I used to rub it in. Don’t want to get that in my eye. It’s great. Try it.

Smells great if you like the smell of eucalyptus and lavender. Works well on pain spots.

This is an oil base product that will absorb quickly into the skin - and hands - as you apply it. It gives several hours relief to sore muscles and the aches with old age. The odor is a challenge and be careful to wash your hands several times before you touch your face.

This doesn’t help a lot for muscles but if put on temples of forehead and under nose slightly it really helps relieve headaches fairly quick.
