These are the best tampoons ive came across. I like for everything to air out while i sleep.if you know what i mean๐. These work. I change before bed and im fine until the a.m. And how i sleep airy. After changing it. I rinse with water down there every time i change it out. Its like a douche bottle. Like the one they give after child birth. Cant stand walking around with mother nature on me. ๐
