I am only giving this product 4 stars, because this is a first time using this product. Time will tell if it gets another star. We used it on our roof and I must say, it was easy to apply. I had one particularly bad spot where my porch meets the house. This stuff sealed it up tight!

Good stuff

I was getting water in my basement So I actually called this company and they were extremely helpful and told me exactly what to do to prevent any further issues, I ordered this product and the caulk, and I used the caulk first And just from the caulk alone It seemed to have stopped any water from getting into my basement ,I recently used the color sealant to match my outside foundation wall and covered all cracks,along with the tape and it seems to have worked so far , so I am happy with this product. This product is as good as it seems I will definitely order it again and other products from this company.

I used the elastisized paint to fill/cover the expansion joints between sidewalk and garage. I used a 2 oz. syringe to suck paint out of bucket and apply in joints. I did have to reapply a couple times in places I didn't have enough filler in crack, I had tried to fill cracks with sand up to 1/4" - 3/8" from top. The first coat seeped on down leaving some holes. A second coat took care of the few holes I had. The paint is pretty thick. Reminded me of gravy or a light pudding. It can be easily applied with brush, but in my case, I needed it applied thicker. It does clean up easily with wet rags IF you wipe it off before it has time to set up. I would be prepared to to to use it all up and not try to store for later after opening, I think it will get too thick to use.

One bucket came open during shipping, made a mess.... Maybe put them in a plastic bag then the box? on a positive note, the product that dried in the box, my front porch, jeans and hands seems very durable! Also, I realize the box is not always going to be right side up during shipping, but the buckets were packaged with one bucket right side up and the other was upside down, which is silly.
