Saved My Kitty From Discomfort and Major Constipation
This gel has made my kitty happy and feeling so much better. She has rejoined play time and zoomies have returned as of today. Saved me from a vet bill and IMO saved my cats life as she was declining quickly. Her weight is even returning. She is a rescued Ragdoll and we've only had her several months. I brush her everyday and only started having issues with upchucking her food within 15 minutes of eating the last couple of weeks. It began as once in first week to every other day last week. She was losing weight and was not eating like she used to. I noticed she was losing more hair into the brush and she is a fastidious groomer. I never really saw hair in her vomit but her poops were getting smaller and harder. More pebble like. She was miserable and had an overall malaise. I found out that hairballs don't need to form, that just the hair being swallowed will cause nausea and irritation in the gut causing her to try and get rid of it by regurgitating her food. This is especially true with Ragdolls since they tend to have sensitive tummy's. This lubricant basically grabs the hair and pulls it through the digestive system and lubricates the gut protecting her from further irritation while the hair passes. I started this on Sunday and with the first dose she ate she kept her food down all day. Monday same and was keeping my fingers crossed. Not much change in poops yet. Today 3rd day initial treatment and she chowed down her food and her 2nd BM of the day was a TADA moment. It was bulked up easy to pass and was no longer pebbled. Zoomies return. Her appetite today is awesome and she has not regurgitated her food once since using this. Now I'll cut back to 2x per week for maintenance. She loves the taste and eats it right from a measured teaspoon. It is very sticky but using a spoon instead of fingers makes it easier for her to take it. A little tip that I learned while researching this for hairballs. To avoid nutrition deficiency vet blogs say to not give it with food and to administer 2 hours before or after you feed. Also don't go beyond recommendations since daily use will also block nutrients from being absorbed. I have also added chewable hairball treats to increase her roughage with psyllium and slippery elm which are excellent for healing the gut. Overall I'm tickled with relief and kitty is her old self again. This became an emergency aid and it worked. Thankfully!

Kitten loves it and it works.
Tia loves the tastes and it has stopped her from vomiting in the mornings. She's 8 mos old. My vet said you can't give her this enough and recommended it highly so I got this brand because he suggested it. I leave it out and give it to her casually, maybe a tsp every other day, on average.

Finally an Answer to My Dog’s Deep, Emotional Struggle With His Butt
If you,ve ever watched your dog stare tragically at their own tail like it’s the Final Boss of Poopville, this stuff is your new hero. I thought this was only for cats, because… that’s what the tube literally says. But my vet prescribed it for my 150 lb. beast of a dog and it worked like a charm. I squirted a 2 inch dab of this magical sticky goodness — which, FYI, my dog immediately thought was a treat and licked off eagerly — and within the same day, we had actual, functioning poop! I’m talking the kind that makes you clap. 👏🍑👏 Here’s my breakdown: 🦴 Taste Factor: My dog basically thinks this is gourmet peanut butter — and licked it right off my finger (no coaxing, no tricks). 🚽 Effectiveness: He went from staring into the void to proudly leaving tiny turds of victory in the yard (sorry neighbors, but it worked). 🐕 Happy Dog: After years of internal struggle, I swear I saw him singing as he walked back inside — tail wagging, butt relieved. 💪 Bonus: I now call this tube “The Great Liberator”. Forget just hairballs — this is dog butt salvation. Would 100% recommend this to any dog who’s auditioning for the role of “Most Dramatic Constipated Creature Ever.” If there’s a heaven for dogs who couldn’t poop before this, they’re already there singing hymns in tuna-maple harmony. Only drawback is that if you have a large dog (vet recommended a 2 inch strip per day for mine) you're going to go through this pretty quick. We go through 2 tubes a month, but hopefully it's temporary - and still a small price to pay for a happy doggy!

Great. Product
This is a good product that helps with my cats hairballs, and it doesn’t hurt that my cat likes the way it tastes.

Vetoquinol Laxatone works well.
Our cat was constantly throwing up bile. She was eating Kleenex and the Kleenex would be in the bile. The Veoquinol Laxatone cleared her out and she has mostly stopped eating Kleenex. She has her energy back. It is a good product. We will keep purchasing it. It is easy to use. Just mix it with the cat's regular food.

Lifesaver for My Sweet Kitty
I firmly believe this product has saved my cat's life. He suffered from life-threatening constipation. His vet is very aware of the horrible episodes where he would become so blocked the fecal matter turned to a liquid and he would just explode. His breathing would become shallow and he would writhe on the floor in obvious distress. The doctor prescribed probiotics but it was very difficult to get the right dosage as they are drops for wet food. I was getting to the point where I was afraid I would lose him. Laxatone has really turned this problem around. He loves the tuna flavor and gets one spoonful twice per day. I just started on my third batch of three tubes and he gets better the longer he is on it. Tonight he had a normal bowel movement, which I have not seen in months. This product is expensive but well worth the price.

Better than CatLax
My cat was wheezing and coughing because she had a hairball stuck and this stuff worked pretty quickly to help her pass it. I’m so glad she’s not struggling anymore. This stuff is way better than the CatLax brand that I tried before
